Elaine's corn casserole
1 can cream-style corn (15 oz.),
1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz.) -liquid included, 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, 
8 oz. sour cream (low fat is fine), 
4 beaten eggs, 
1 stick melted butter or margarine, 
1/3 cup sugar, 
1/2 cup milk. 
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and pour in a greased 9x13 pan. 
Bake 1hour at 350
degrees.
