Zack's Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup catsup, divided
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups Stovetop stuffing, from canister: chicken or beef flavor
1 egg
Mix all together except one fourth cup catsup. Shape into loaf, and bake at
350 degrees F. for one hour; cover top of loaf with other one fourth cup of
catsup. and cover pan with tinfoil to keep loaf nice and moist.
