Indian Snack
Break several ears of fresh or frozen corn into quarter sections; soak the pieces of corn in milk.
Remove and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Place corn pieces in tinfoil.
They may be wrapped together or separately.
Seal very tightly.
Bake for 35 minutes at about 350 degrees F.
You do not have to wait for Thanksgiving to eat them. They turn out juicy, tender and! delicious! Enjoy!

Zack's Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup catsup, divided
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups Stovetop stuffing, from canister: chicken or beef flavor
1 egg
Mix all together except one fourth cup catsup. Shape into loaf, and bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour; cover top of loaf with other one fourth cup of catsup. and cover pan with tinfoil to keep loaf nice and moist.
