Hi,

You can find Stevia in your local grocery store in the health food section. Also, there are web sights that have it, one good sight is vitacost.com the shipping is good, it is $4.95 for your shipment no matter how much you buy or it weighs. There is another sweetener that is on that sight, I was just told about it but have not tried it myself, it is called Just Like Sugar and they say it is all natural.

I just started using Stevia a few weeks ago in my tea and coffee etc. I am
also thinking of trying it in my baking etc. Getting the measurements
right will probably take a bit of trial and error. One thing I did notice
with the first lot of Stevea I bought. Was that it wasn't as strong as had
been reported to me. I was advised to try another brand. Which I did, and
that one is much better.

  My thoughts on this are Stevia is very good for you and great for a
diabetic. Splenda does not have good health reviews.

I understand. I have heard of people doing that. The deal is that I
have a few friends that are diabetic...and won't eat anything sweet
unless it contains splenda. I have also heard of Stevia, but that will
be my last option. I don't even know if Stevia is good for a diabetic.
