Pork chop Casserole
2 cups Minute Rice 1 can creamed corn 1 can cream of celery soup 2 cans milk 6 pork chops 1 envelope dry onion soup Method: Sprinkle Minute Rice in greased 9 by 13-inch pan. Heat soups with milk and then pour over rice. Place raw pork chops on top of mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top of meat. Cover and bake for two and a half hours at 350 degrees.
