CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can creamed corn

1 c. sour cream

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs

1/4 c. melted butter

1 pkg. corn muffin mix (save some for topping)

Combine all above in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30

minutes.  I put all of the cornbread mix in with everything else.
