No problem in putting aluminum foil down, or you can buy a rack especially
for the burgers. What you do is put the burgers chicken or steak on the one
side and close it up with the other side. This rack has a handle and the
two sides are attached at one end, so you put the meat in between the two
racks, close it and then put on the the barb que. With the foil you would
have to turn your heat down as the heat would be reflected down into the
barbque and thus the heat would be hotter.

It depends on how hot the barbecue is and how done you like the food, how
thick the steaks and burgers are, what you are barbecuing or grilling them
on. There are many factors.
