I missed the show this past week.  I'm going to have to go back to the
archives.  I really like the recipe, though.  I'm anxious to try it some
time this summer.

Roasted Chicken  Salad with Apples, Golden Raisins and tarragon on 
this weeks Cooking In The Dark Show.
The dressing with lemon Zest absolutely put this  dish over the top!
It was delicious.
