Ok So season and put in pan on 350 DGS. cook for about one hour 15 to one
hour 30, depending on how crispy you like your skin. You can spray a little
nonstick so chicken won't stick if your using an old pan or one without
nonstick. Then add barbecue sause and cover with flil. cook to about 20-30
munutes more. You do not have to turn the chidken. It falls off the bone, so
when you remove it, make sure to get the spatula or spoon under the whole
piece when lifting it out.

Hello Regina when you cook the chicken, cook it first in the oven then when
do you put the barbecue sauce on it or how many minutes before it is done to
put the barbecue sauce? I hope I said this right LOL
