A "profiles" build would have been affected by it.

Speaking of, hijrah-config-umalqura.properties will need to be added
to PROFILE_1_JRE_LIB_FILES in profiles-includes.txt to ensure that it
gets copied into the profile images. Sorry I didn't spot thing until now.
