Hi, Jeo. I am a Chinese too. So I know what you mean by "teacher always teaches written English and their pronunciation is not good". I don't know how old you are. In high school or in a college? I think in colleges teachers also teach speaking because it is a compulsory part of teaching, maybe just the way is inappropriate.
As a teacher myself, I agree that the traditional way of English teaching needs changes but it has been changed a lot during these years. More are explored in this field.
