+1000. Couchapp is an app, stored at and running from CouchDB. Nothing more. Tools, that used to create couchapp-related (d)docs and set up CouchDB, are _not_ couchapps. Unless they are served from CouchDB, certainly, and require no more than CouchDB to run. So, “couchapp builder”, “couchapp tool”, “couchapp IDE” + distinguishable own name is best option if we make tools/utilities. Erica, Ddoc Lab, Smileupps are good as names, one more “couchapp for #anylang” is definitely not. Surely, nobody wants to re-title couchapp for py – you can‘t ask grandpa to change his name. But we can at least be more accurate choosing a name for our own newborn tools. ermouth
