Mine was painted that aluminum color with blue stripes. In preparing to
re-paint, I am going back to the silver w/ blue stripes again. I'm using a
VW/Audi color (2000 Bug) which seems to be the brightest silver I could find.
It's a 2 part epoxy and sprays like a dream. Most metallic paints look like
paint, some finer metallics are harder to tell.
