I owned a '75 Taylorcraft and sold it 2 years ago.  It was insured for 25K
with Avemco and cost $860 at that time.  I insure the Forney now for 15k
and
will cost me $822 when I renew in May as the second plane on the policy.
I
don't know what it all means, but along with full coverage on my Maule, I
will be paying $8.12 for insurance alone.  I guess if we looked at the
cost
of flying, we would walk.
