Boring cross country flights?   Whas dat?  I don't ever remember having a
boring cross country.
Especially at night.  There's enough uncertainty up there when it's dark
that I've never been bored.
Murphy's law states that while night flying, as soon as you get beyond
gliding distance of the airport,
the engine immediately starts to run rough, and you'll smell smoke in the
cockpit.  How could you be
bored?
