Actually, it is no longer legal to communicate using a
360 channel transceiver. The reason is that the
transmitters are not calibrated for 25khz, so you will
likely step on adjacent 25khz frequencies when you
transmit. The nav side of the radio is still perfectly
functional for VOR nav use, but you can get in trouble
with the FCC if you use the comm side.
