Sorry. Didn't mean to mess anyone up. I've always saved images as bitmaps fp my own use so it;s become habit. Next time leave them a jpeg. I suggest next time, just provide the url and don't send the picture out on the list, or save it as it came to you, a jpeg, and re-send that.
