Ed, The Aviation Security Act is Senate bill S. 1447. The section that is of most concern to GA is Amendment No. 1873, written by Sen Herb Kohl (D-WI). I just downloaded S. 1447 (30 pages) and didn't find anything too objectionable in it (Though I've only glanced at the sections who's titles looked suspicious, not the whole bill. As of yet.)
