Joe; It sounds like 99621 is looking pretty good. I hope to see you and the Coupe at the Nationals. Be careful with the D model and the 9 degree restriction on the elevator. As I recall, Dennis has an E model with the split elevator. That would give his Coupe 20 degrees of up elevator. His Coupe can be landed considerably slower than a D model with only 9 degrees of up travel. My D model with a 9 degree restriction runs out of elevator at about 65 mph.
