John.....A few years ago there was a gentleman by the name of Howard Treadwell based in St Petersburg Florida who was then the president of the Wheel Chair Pilots Association,,They had an approved hand control for the brake and when this was added someone who had no legs(or use of them), could legally fly.Maybe someone on the list has some further informartion on Howard Treadwell or the Wheelchair Pllots Association...
