Hi, Well I had my handheld hooked to the nav antenna. It didn't work real well and sometimes when the plane was turned, it would not work at all. The problem I am having now is that the com antenna on top simply doesn't work with it. I flew the plane down the road the other day and was flying around flashing the lights trying to get the tower's attention. The antenna had a nav/loran mixer box which I removed and I was wondering if anybody knows if the antennas with those are a special kind that only works with the box installed or if there is some way of tuning the antenna. It appears to be a standard looking antenna. Glen Ward
