In our proposal, we think the planes would remain fully certificated --
they
would be worked upon by people with FAA approved certificates, either
Pilot
Type Specific Maintainer or Type Rated A&P.

I'm doubtful that I'd be willing to take my plane non-certified.

You've got a good point, Glen, about ADs and the Canadian system. I wonder
what
they'll do. It may not be too much of an issue. How many ADs have we had
in the
last 10 years?

Never open an attachment with a ".exe" or ".com" or ".vbs" suffix.
To be safe, turn off Microsoft's Visual Basic Macro execution option.
Consider not using Outlook for mail - lots of viruses target its security
flaws.
