Bob,

you mentioned the "damaged rear walk section."  That is a pretty beefy
structure back there- how did this get damaged?  Whatever force damaged
it could easily have tweaked your airframe slightly and put the center
section out of alignment.

It sounds as though they have pinpointed the problem- Are you confident
of their work?  Have them check for any other related damage to the
center section while they are in there.
