Glenn: Syd is right!! You need professional help with this. Buckled and/or cracked skin is a sign of possible structural damage internally. Your AC uses Moncoque or "stressed skin" construction. If your skin is cracked or buckled, the center section is weakened by the degree of stress that section of skin was supposed to carry. Theres a knack to drilling rivets. You can't just get a hammer, center punch, and drill and go to work. Don't go banging around on your airplane, You need the proper tools. See your AP for advice then let him supervise as you do a few. Doug
