It IS a simple plane to fly. However, most of them are half-century old
simple planes -- some extra care is probably warrented. Also, remember,
there's a strong preservationist slant to this list. There are many
'coupe
owners who will go the extra mile to ensure that their birds will keep
flying many, many more years.

Subject: Re: Checklists !

I'm sorry, I'm new to coupes. I thought this was a simple airplane to
fly.
>From the looks of some of the check lists, I'm coming to
believe that the Coupe is more in the complexity of a 737, or there
abouts.
The check lists I've seen here are more complex than the list
we had in an old Aztec that I flew. It seems that we're trying to
glamorize
a simple little, fun airplane. My coupe didn't come with a check list, so
I'm going to take all that I've seen here, and make my own. Something
more
in the line of: Turn on gas, Turn on Engine, and then Turn on.
