Good evening Californians: I just read what Greg Bullough had to say about our situation here in Region 7, and I think he has some good points. However I also believe that with the amount of Coupes that live here we should be able to get around everything he said just by sheer weight of numbers. I hope that I am not alone in this type of thinking. I intend to go to the Salinas Air Show at least one day this weekend. Then I would like to get to the EAA Copperstate the following weekend and if not will at least go to a small air fair at Auburn, CA. After that is the Region 7 fly in at Oceano, CA on the 16 & 17 th. AND everyone west of the rockies should come to the big Halloween Party at Jean, Nevada just outside Las Vegas. Since it appears our current Region 7 Director is willing to step down and let someone else try beating their head against the proverbial brick wall, maybe we should give him a try.
