Skip: I have only been in this club for about a year now and I have noticed that nothing was happening in California. I met Joe Brooks more than a year ago at a flyin and he seemed likeable but he hasn't done anything since then. Bob Caspary ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) from Apple Valley Ca put together a non-sanctioned flyin to Columbia this year and about 13 coupes showed up. We discussed the problem here in California and decided we need to do something about it. We planned to meet again in Oceano on Oct 16,17. I don't know if Bob C. contacted you yet but he said he would be interested in region 7. He doesn't want to step on Joe's toes but I understand that Joe is ready to step down. I noticed in this months Coupe Capers that you did not list Region 7 on the call for 99 nominations list. The answer to our problem in California is to nominate Bob Caspary for this position.
