Sir, Some of us are maybe not interlocutor Some maybe. But the spin
part
was about a 1969-70 design of M-10. Not about FAA Today. Stall, Spin
training
was vogue. As it was into the ' 80's Mooney had an airplane they wanted
for
a trainer. Training pilots to use the paddles. Their A2-A with rudder on
the
tips of the horiz. didn't look like the rest of their line. Pure and
simple.
I personally was not talking of the pro's or con's of stalls or spins. I
like
some others here trained (as you did) to know what to do. Yes, low and
slow
can bust your a--. But knowing what happened in that configuration has
helped
me to be more discern. By your e-mail it is obvious that you think that
the
rapid, swirling of terra firma is unimportant to developing student. It
sure
got my attention. Watching the earth twisting the Alt. unwinding. Yes, Dad

did me a grate service by showing me what I didn't want to happen to me
Slow
and Low. Thank for helping me remember my roots. Son of a good mender.
Yours,
Warren Hampton
