What's the deal with all this putting down of other airplanes, and people who like rudders? I've never seen a group that acts like this. It's like you guys are going to spend the rest of your lives trying to prove that the Ercoupe is a superior airplane. This is getting really nutty, I don't see it to this degree on any other discussion lists. People brag about their airplanes, but they don't go on and on about how lousy all other airplanes are. I like slipping and being able to yaw the airplane, so I want rudders. Are you going to put me down too? How would you like it if I started putting down Ercoupes, saying things like "they're for pilots that can't master the rudder"? Anyone who wants to flame me, fine, but please don't send me duplicate messages. I'm getting tired of that. I'm in the group, so just send it to the group. No, I haven't been drinking :-)
