Hello All: Thanks for the headset info. I have a couple of offers of used sets. I might well get an inexpensive used set for the right seat and one of the ANR models for the left.
As it stands now the 'Coupe is scheduled for its annual on the 11th of Sept. If all goes well I'll have a plane. Does anyone know of a CFI in the Tacoma WA area that would instruct me in my own plane. I am getting very frustrated. I am trying to get current at Tacoma Narrows. They have very few planes and few instructors. You have to make an appointment in advance and if the weather is IFR then your out of luck. So far I have not been off the ground. I have time scheduled Friday and the forecast looks OK. I have more time on the book for next Tuesday and Wednesday and things look a bit iffy. The wet and gray days are going to be on us in a flash.
