Don't know the exact numbers, but apparently very very few.  Thats why
they
were rescinded.  The FAA felt they were causing more problems than they
were
solving.  It was felt by most of us that it was a Mfgrs. ploy to extract
more dollars from the flying public, for a problem that at best was a
remote
possibility.
