All I
know is that I was on a x-country in the mid west in a C172 this fall, and after
3 failed attempts to get down with a 15 KT gusty xwind...I diverted to another
aiport 15 miles away with a better aligned runway.
But
the entire time I was thinking to myself, "I wish I had my ercoupe, I bet I
could have landed her no problem."
Will
anyone ever make a plane like this again? Particularly a four
seater?
