I am not much help on this one ----but if the location is safe, and
convient,,
then the Mechanic should execute an 337..... Seems like an easy one to
me.....There mayt be a reason to have the gascolator on the carb ---cool
air
passing by, etc, to prevent vapor lock. ????? as mounted above the
muffler....... very hot.... but this does leave areas to be explored...
