I've never used couriers fax utilities but I would asssume it would be something like this in /etc/courier/smtpaccess/default #127.0.0.1<TAB>allow,RELAYCLIENT 127.0.0.1<TAB>allow,FAXRELAYCLIENT where <TAB> means a real tab character.
