Here are my two suggestions: 1. Build a strong relationship with the SFPD, and let them know that their officers are free to complete paperwork at your site. 2. Call the police. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and if you don't want a sleeper in your workplace, you will need to document and report. Police can and will arrest individuals for becoming a public nuisance and/or discivil conduct.
