Hey folks, We're pleased to announce the formation of Beehive Baltimore, the first formalized coworking initiative in Baltimore!
We've been meeting informally and are looking to open a space in the next few weeks. We are likely going to open with about 1200 sqft and then expand to 1700 or so soon after. I have two questions for the group here: 1) What proportion of full vs. part time desks seem to work best from a cultural and cashflow perspective? We are thinking perhaps 8 full and 6 part time desks. Feedback? 2) What are folks' experiences regarding space requirements? How many folks can we fit in to 1200 or 1700 sqft and keep it productive? We guess about 15 in 1200sqft and perhaps 20-24 in 1700 (this space is more open). Looking forward to your feedback!
