Just wanted to say thanks to Alex, Kelly, Felicity and everyone who weighed in on our query regarding space layout.
We are in the process of getting digital diagrams of the spaces we're looking at and can start to do some arranging then... I am sure that will be a big help. 1:100sqft sounds like a reasonable heuristic and is instructive. Thanks to everyone for all your help!
