Although I have not opened my space, I have budgeted funds for a full- time staff member and a part-time staff member. However, Fort Wayne has a lower cost of building lease cost that frees up monies for other funds. That being stated there are a few things that can be done to assist an individual with hiring: (1) Hiring a College Student (They can study when it is quiet, as a trade-off for low pay). (2) Making one co-worker a 'Team Leader' and provide them with extra perks (discounts at local retailers, etc.).
