thanks for the input and offer to help, Drew. Interestingly enough, we have
videographers here today doing biz videos for clients. We don't have many
coworkers yet, and our semi-private desks are not "rented" so our 1 coworker
that is here is working in there and they are doing videos in the conference
room & open space. They are not paying for the space. They did a free video
for us, and we are otherwise just figuring it's a good way to get people in
here to see it. They have mentioned that we could easily "rent the space" to
videographers on an ongoing basis. Due to noise, etc I'm not sure how we
could make that work unless we limit them to the 1 "private office" that we
have.  We have had a number of ppl say that they "would have to have" the
private space, but no one had stepped up to pay for it yet. I'm not sure if
having that as an option will pay off in at least getting folks in here even
if they ultimately decide on a hot desk.?
