Good Points,
I think for a studio to have any draw for attracting members, the
space as a whole would need to be more geared toward production. a
place used by animators, designers, producers etc. It doesn't make
much sense to have a studio as an incentive, if the majority of
coworkers are developers or writers, etc.
Hence the extra tier of membership, people that don't need/want to use
the coworking space but would like to use the studio can pay for a
media membership.
As I am in the planning stage, I have had a handful of independent
producers say they are interested. These are people who are currently
producing web tv in their apartments or outside. They are super-
stoked at the idea of having a space where they can have an office and
a Studio to shoot their weekly show...without the hassle of a lot of
post-production. I am excited to have them expressing interest
already, as I'm still looking for real-estate.
