Correct. It was a simple number for illustrative purposes.

And again, a simple problem is being turned into a complex one:

Contributing towards the payment of the domain, for all intents and
purposes, could get you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except for the knowledge and
acknowledgement that you helped make it happen.

Again, I'm citing SpreadFirefox. Many small contributions from individuals
helped fund a marketing campaign for a piece of open source software. None
of the contributors own firefox, or even the marketing campaign. They just
got a "thanks", and the memory of being a part of that moment in time.

This isn't the last moment in time, and this isn't an exclusive club, and
this isn't an organization. It's a domain. There will be other
opportunities.

Let's set a good precedent for future opportunities, instead of dropping an
anchor on their faces.
