We are set up in Downtown Tracy, CA. Where? Exactly. We now have 8 members (6 full time coworking, 2 in private offices) and the key for us, the absolute key, was to market ourselves as "Office Space" Coworking just did not do it. Once the people come up to see the "office space", they learn about coworking. Deceptive? Maybe. Effective? Definitely
