Hi, co.up is a techie coworking space like steve describes, lots of men, few woman, without personal grooming problems - i really hate that this still seems to be an issue.
That said, here are the numbers. 24 coworkers and only 3 women. We try to increase the amount of female coworkers, but are facing a hen and egg problem. Because of our low number of women, new female coworker don't stay long because the lack of fellow female coworkers. Second problem, as we are a tech space people that are not at least a little bit into tech don't find a peer group here and the number of woman in tech is still low.
