I'm working on launching a space in Chattanooga, TN and wanted to see if the more experienced people out there could weigh-in on what their average occupancy is? I realize every model will vary, I'm just trying to get a general idea of what to expect as far as numbers go. And, if I'm asking the wrong question, maybe you could point me in the right direction as to what I should be thinking about along these lines.
