Thanks for the clarification. All good deeds are NOT equivalent, but I also 
don't have a standard system for rewarding (though perhaps I should). 
Mainly just an issue of keeping it simple for now. I let people request 
Laughs if they think they're earned them, and I reward them pretty 
unpredictably based on times I notice someone doing something that I think 
is above and beyond the call of duty. Maybe Skinner would say this kind of 
random reinforcement is the best way to encourage good behavior! :) But 
mostly it's lack of time/energy/strong conviction about how to value good 
deeds.
