Ok, we'll give it a shot.

Now in CVS is a version of Cream that maps Ctrl+O to File Open. The
keys Ctrl+B are remapped to do what Ctrl+O used to do (drop to Normal
Mode for one command).

Also new is Ctrl+F4 to Close a file and Alt+F4 to Exit.

I don't see this, for me the menu item closes the last document and
leaves an Untitled buffer.
