Thanks much! I knew it had to be something stupid, and I could've sworn that
was the right version for some reason. Another classic stupid user error :p
I'll give it another shot with the correct versions of cel and CS once I
clear off the others. (*mutters* It would be so much easier if there was a
way to cross-compile this stuff from bsd to win*mutters*)

We haven't changed our CS or cel revisions since the last release, so
those in that compiling guide are correct for both HEAD and 017 of
PlaneShift.
