Hello,

I just want you guys to know that I fixed this by copying some .dlls over from a prior distribution of one of my tools I made in CrystalSpace!!!

So we should be on for a weekend demo if anyone is interested.
Go on www.reddit.com/r/crystalfighter and check for the download link and time on Saturday.  It will be a small window, maybe only a half hour when we play.  It is just a tech demo.

I'll try and keep the post frequency down.

I found out missing dlls by trying to run simple1.exe and giving me different errors.  I believe I had to get .dll files from my mingw installation.

Tomorrow will be a real easy day.  All I need to do is pull away files unecessary for launching the game to trim the download .zip.

God bless you guys.  I still enjoyed my time I spent on freenode #crystalspace
Maybe I can keep making a game in CrystalSpace and get something more than a tech demo.

Hello,

I believe everything is set to demo my game this weekend except my distribution issue.

If I wanted to bring the vfs plugin with my game, what files do I copy?  I already have .dlls

Maybe we guys can play my game this weekend if we can solve these issues.

Hello,

Finally I am able to get mail from the mailing list!  My yahoo.com and gmail.com won't get it, not even in spam folders.

I'm trying to run my game on a computer that doesn't have CrystalSpace installed.

I get errors like:
LoadLibrary(c:\roam\vfs.dll) error 126:  The specified module could not be found.
SCF_WARNING: factory returned a null instance for crystalspace.kernel.vfs

I am getting several warnings like:

WARNING: could not load plugin 'crystalspace.kernel.vfs'

Then:
Error: Failed to locate 3d renderer.

I tried setting my CRYSTAL variable to that directory too.
Also I have the entire Crystalspace install in this directory too hoping I could get it running then delete the larger files not needed.

Any help is appreciated.  I want to do a tech demo public release this weekend if possible.

,Jim
