I've had CSGO server on since last update (more than week) and it's
without GOTV and it has players about 10-12 hours a day. Usage is ~811MB
right now. Usually under ~400MB just after boot.
Just something to compare for.

I will try those setups:
20 slots, 6 maps with gotv.
20 slots, 6 maps without gotv.
20 slots, 25 maps with gotv.
In about ten hours i will post the result.

Plugins are old but they don't cause memory leaks in that
magnitude. GOTV is his biggest problem.
