Well a few months ago we had no problem. So Im blaming Valve.And no respond from them is making me really mad.

I think it's what everybody is saying about needing at least a 3.2 ghz or so to run 128 tick. I am currently playing in a 32 slot server with 24 people whose variance is stable. I don't run 32 slot servers but I've also never had a problem with variance. What cpu does your server have?
